The Balance Bike is a gentle and fun start to biking, and a great way to develop a child's sense of balance and coordination before introducing pedaling. With its low step-through design, it's easy for toddlers to mount and enables independent riding more quickly than with training wheels. The children propel themselves by pushing their feet against the ground in a scooting motion. Contact with the ground gives the child a safe and easy start and imparts the confidence to do more.
